ktk9 has a new puppy

As you will know (if you read About Me) I had a dog called Bonnie, a yellow labrador. She lived for 16 years, but died a couple of years ago (she was put to sleep because although her heart and stomach were still functioning, sadly the rest of her body was not).

We didn't get another dog immediately because we anticipated we would be moving. But now that we have settled in Wiltshire. The time felt right to get another companion dog.

I had kept my eye on a particular breeder who I knew had a good reputation for breeding dogs with regards to their health and temperament. So when a litter was born I paid my deposit, and when I went to see them, my mind was truly made up. I chose to have a black male, and have named him Peter.

Peter has been with us for two weeks now, and he already has a good following on Facebook. It's called " Peter's Path" and is about raising and training him
