Behavioural training

When things with your companion dog have not gone right, and you are struggling with problem behaviours, for example:

  • Excessive barking

  • Lunging at people and dogs

  • Destructive in the house

  • Can’t be left alone

  • Steals food off the kitchen work surfaces

  • Won’t get off the furniture

  • Won’t come back when called

  • Not getting on with the other animals in the family.

Help is needed to find out why the dog is behaving this way and what can be done to resolve it.

This involves a behavioural consultation with the owners to discuss their life with their dog and to show them how it can be improved.

Consultations normally take place at the owner’s home. Approximately 5 hours in-person is expected. This can be in one or two sessions.

Cost £350 (pay as you go payment scheme can be discussed).

You will receive a personalised written behavioural training programme and ongoing support via phone, email and text whilst you follow your training plan.
